KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER
Dokka Fasteners AS is an industrial company with headquarter in Dokka, Norway, and sister companies in Denmark & Lithuania. We have approx. 140 employees, with main production facilities in Norway and a newly established production and administration services in Klaipeda, Lithuania.
Dokka Fasteners core business is production and sales/distribution of special bolts for construction purposes. We produce high quality, critical bolts, mainly for the wind market, oil and gas industry and within heavy engineering. The last year Dokka Fasteners has also become a sub-supplier within the defense industry. Dokka Fasteners Dokka has a turnover of approx. 40 MEURO.
Dokka Fasteners is part of the Würth Group, a worldwide company with headquarter in Germany. The group had a turnover of more than 20 billion EUR in 2023 and have 89.000 employee.
We are strengthening our sales team and are looking for an experienced and confident key account manager.
As our Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our key customers. You will focus on understanding customer needs, developing tailored solutions, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. You will report to the Sales & Marketing Director and will play a central role in further strengthening our position in the market.
In the role, the most important tasks will be as follows:
- Develop a comprehensive sales strategy aimed at nurturing your customer base.
- Identify and target new market segments and potential customers.
- Foster strong customer relationships through active sales efforts, regular customer visits, follow-ups on business opportunities, tours of the production facility in Norway, negotiating agreements, and ensuring smooth implementation of new contracts within the organization.
- Coordinate internal meetings with technical teams as needed.
- Conduct regular status updates with the head of sales and engage in budget planning sessions.
- Collaborate with the technical department to evaluate and confirm customer requirements.
- Adhere to established internal protocols for prospecting, tender submissions, pricing strategies, and finalizing agreements.
- Ensure effective internal execution of agreements within the company.
- Engage in company fairs and manage follow-up activities post-events.

A strong focus on good customer and product understanding is essential. Relevant IT skills are also important.
Desired qualifications/characteristics:
- Technical education and/or sales/business education with relevant technical sales experience.
- Several years of experience in technical B2B sales
- Good knowledge of the sales process
- Fluency in Norwegian, both written and spoken
- Fluent in English with the ability to negotiate and communicate technical concepts effectively at a negotiation and technical level
- Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel'
- Experience with ERP and CRM systems
- Good business understanding with a strategic approach to sales
- Skilled at developing long-term relationships
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Independent with a high level of self-motivation
Ideally, you reside in the eastern part of the country.
